TERMS AND CONDITIONS
On booking appointments you agree to adhere to the booking policies and terms and conditions stated.
Appointment prep
I'd like to give every available minute possible to your booked treatment. So please arrive at your appointment, whether it is for an infill or full set, with NO eye makeup on. Eye makeup can affect lash extensions and removing it takes up time and eats into the slot you have paid for.
For any brow treatments please arrive with clean brows NO brow make up or oily products.
Infilling Other Technicians Work
Due to the high quality of products I use, I will NOT infill another technicians work. A removal and full set would be required in this instance.
Infills
Anything less then 30% of lashes left will be asked to pay for a full set.
Audience conditions
Due to my insurance, children and/or pets are not allowed. Also, because of the size of my beauty room, unless prearranged, friends and family members are not permitted during your appointment.
Sickness
If you or another person in your family/household has an infection or contagious illness, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date, for your safety and the safety of myself and my family (I have a home based salon) please do not come to your appointment sick. A one time allowance of last minute cancellation or rescheduled appointment for sickness or family emergency. After that the cancellation or no show policy is in effect
Refunds
No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products. If you are unhappy with a service, please contact me within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and if a fix can be done to address your concerns, I will be happy to offer a complimentary appointment to touch up if it is at the fault of application or product. Any concerns addressed after 72 hours of your last appointment, or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, an appointment will be charged at full price for the service.
